14-Day Satisfaction Guarantee 

At Dog-E Style, we are committed to providing high-quality products for your pet’s well-being. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 14-day satisfaction guarantee, subject to the following conditions.

Eligibility Conditions

  1. The return request must be made within 14 days from the date of receipt of the product.
  2. The product must be returned in its original condition, with its original packaging intact and all accessories (if applicable).
  3. Used, damaged, or incomplete products will not be eligible for a refund or exchange.
  4. This guarantee does not apply to customized, perishable, or hygiene-related products (e.g., treats, opened care products).

Return Process

  1. Contact our customer service at dog-e.style@outlook.com with your order number and a description of the issue.
  2. We will provide you with return instructions once your request is validated.
  3. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases of defective products or shipping errors on our part.
  4. Once we receive and inspect the product, we will proceed with either a refund or an exchange, according to your preference.

Refunds

  • If your return is approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
  • Initial shipping fees are non-refundable.

Exclusions

  • Discounted or promotional items are non-refundable unless proven defective.
  • Damage caused by misuse or improper care.
  • Returns made more than 14 days after receiving the product.

We reserve the right to refuse a return if the above conditions are not met.
