14-Day Satisfaction Guarantee
At Dog-E Style, we are committed to providing high-quality products for your pet’s well-being. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 14-day satisfaction guarantee, subject to the following conditions.
Eligibility Conditions
- The return request must be made within 14 days from the date of receipt of the product.
- The product must be returned in its original condition, with its original packaging intact and all accessories (if applicable).
- Used, damaged, or incomplete products will not be eligible for a refund or exchange.
- This guarantee does not apply to customized, perishable, or hygiene-related products (e.g., treats, opened care products).
Return Process
- Contact our customer service at dog-e.style@outlook.com with your order number and a description of the issue.
- We will provide you with return instructions once your request is validated.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases of defective products or shipping errors on our part.
- Once we receive and inspect the product, we will proceed with either a refund or an exchange, according to your preference.
Refunds
- If your return is approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
- Initial shipping fees are non-refundable.
Exclusions
- Discounted or promotional items are non-refundable unless proven defective.
- Damage caused by misuse or improper care.
- Returns made more than 14 days after receiving the product.
We reserve the right to refuse a return if the above conditions are not met.
